All black J & F.J Baker leather with coordinating, blackened stainless steel hardware and black saddle stitching.
With each belt that we make, there is always a length of leather that is discarded. This is unavoidable, and at this point we have accumulated hundreds of scraps of perfectly usable, beautiful leather. We've been hard at work designing in an effort to make use of our surplus of offcuts, thus the dog collars were born. Treat your best friend to a bespoke, handmade collar and help us minimise waste.
The same oak bark tanned leather as our belts (from J. and F.J Baker, Britains last remaining traditional oak bark tannery).
Hand forged, stainless steel buckle and D-ring.
Traditionally saddle stitched together by hand.
The bottom piece of leather is 40mm wide, the top pieces are 25mm.
Please note:
The smallest neck size we can accommodate is 30cm, and the largest is 50cm. Think large spaniels, bull breeds, labradors, retrievers etc. When you add to cart there will be an option to input your dogs neck size. If your dogs neck is larger than 50cm, please get in touch as we may be able to find some leather pieces that are long enough.
Our D-ring is made of 6mm stainless steel and is very strong. It’s not likely to snap if your dog pulls on the lead, like many cheaper collars can. However, it is recommended that you use a harness as well as a collar, to reduce pressure on your dogs neck.
Due to the handmade nature of these collars, the slow production process and the custom sizing, we are unable to accept returns at this time. If you have a problem with your order, please get in touch.
